Every order must be carried out with a view to the requirements and satisfaction of our customer. Customer satisfaction is ultimately the measure in the provision of our services, which are best suited to meet the needs of our customers.
Customer satisfaction is therefore a target for us.
Safety is the degree of absence of potential causes of a hazardous situation or the degree of presence of protective measures against these potential causes. Safety is a relative term, as nothing is completely without danger under all circumstances.
Continuously assuming our responsibility as an employer and service provider is one of the pillars of the F.M.P.S. approach. The general well-being of our employees and our customers is therefore of paramount importance to us.
Our policy on safety, health and environment, is supported by the active involvement of everyone within our organization.
Furthermore, we are holder of the VCA-certificate.
